Will you help the earth defend itself?

1.  Change out 5 old light bulbs and replace them with the new energy light bulbs (CFL's)

2.  Re-Use one container that would have gone into a landfill and grow a plant in it.

3.  Subtract two hours of TV per week from your household.  (Go do some exercise or play family games instead)

4.  Turn the thermostat up by 2 degrees more than where you normally keep it in the summer and down by 2 degrees in the winter.

5.  Don't throw away any plastic bags or cans for an entire year.  (Re-cycle bags at Wal-Mart and donate your cans to Habitat for Humanity!
